Sgt Frank Manteau

Frank Manteau is a United States Marine Corps veteran who continues to live by the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. After serving seven and a half years as an 0311 (infantry) rifleman, Frank carried his sense of mission into civilian life, becoming the co-founder and CEO of MilTreats, Inc. He turned a well-known Marine Corps joke into a national product with Crayons Ready-to-Eat™ — the world’s first colorable chocolate crayon — bridging humor, education, and veteran storytelling.

Beyond building a successful brand, Frank is deeply invested in supporting the veteran community. As the Las Vegas platoon leader for Warrior Rising, he mentors veterans navigating their transition into entrepreneurship. He also assists at Warrior Rising community engagement events like the Total Archery Challenge, and Warrior Rising Business Showers, further strengthening bonds among service members and veterans.

Frank speaks openly about living with Tourette Syndrome and uses his platform to advocate for awareness and inclusion. He’s a single father, a connector, and a relentless force for good who proves that the call to serve never truly ends. His story is one of resilience, innovation, and leadership, both in and out of uniform.
