WEST VIRGINIA

Andrew Chancey has participated in many Wreaths Across America ceremonies at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, West Virginia, while getting his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at West Virginia University (WVU). He was head of the Veterans of WVU club and was the main speaker at their Pearl Harbor memorial ceremony, where he stood by the mast of the USS West Virginia located on the campus grounds. He also spoke for a Memorial Day service at Middletown, Virgina. He has run marathons for every branch of the service. And now he holds an outreach position with the Martinsburg Vet Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
